.After leaving Santa Rosalia we headed to a lovely anchorage at Isla San Marcos…it was a short sail after our rough crossing, and a weather delay due to incoming storms…obviously, by the photo, it was a very rough night…<\/p>\n

.Leg 5 has a new name…the White Squall leg…the pictures don’t do it justice, but we hit rough weather again, with swells up to 10 feet…winds 25-30…twas quite the challenge for our chummers. Poor Shirley lost her cup o’ joe to the seas once again, but the resident firefighter kept his dinner this time…<\/p>\n

\"IMG.We made it to our next anchorage at Punta Chivato after another rough day…the beautiful hotel Posada del Flores was right on the point…built by an American and currently owned by an Italian…this place was amazing! <\/p>\n

Looks like we should have smooth sailing and great weather the rest of the week…we are heading out next to Mulege, where we are hoping to get the ever important ice for our evening cocktail hour and much needed food (for the hollow leg, our resident firefighter)…signing off for now…must make cocktails…it’s 5:00 somewhere, right?
