After getting Heather in front of the Gato Loco computer to interpret messages from TelCel, we think we have problems figured out. Her Spanish classes in Guanajuato are already paying off \ud83d\ude42 Lisa, in Puerto Penasco, went to the TelCel office yesterday and added more money to the internet account. The next time Gato Loco is in a cell service area they should be able to activate and begin sending updates again. It’s Mexico and I’m not sure if there are more surprises yet though.. We will see… Our last phone contact was Monday morning.. <\/p>\n

\nNot sure if you all will read this since this was sent out last week, but we had no internet connection during the trip. Our cellphones were caput, too. I have several blogs done, but are waiting for some technical issues to be resolved before they can go out. Hopefully in the next day or so, that will happen. But, as life in Mexico goes, who knows\u2026it was an amazing trip, full of incredible experiences with wonderful people\u2026adios amigos!

Okay, now you’ve figured out this is a fill update while we wait. Frankie, Neely and I are back in Phoenix for the moment and waiting.. Here’s a slide show I created for our new friend Mark at Cruising World of the highlights of the Seawind Rally and then links to the Baja 09 cruise so far..<\/p>\n

Here are links to our Baja 09 cruise now in progress. Baja 09 is a 8 week sail south from Puerto Penasco to the Loreto area and then back. The cruise is organized in one week legs with different crews on each week. This allows lots of our friends to join us. This year we have some first timers which is always interesting. I manage the website and create the blog environment. Frankie and I were on legs 2, 3 & 4 so these updates were create by me. Other legs are done by Bill or other crew members on board. It’s fun to see what is created. The Neely blogs are written from our golden retriever’s point of view by Frankie for her dog lovers.<\/p>\n
