Every day this past week Bill and I hung out at the Cabrales boat yard working on Gato Loco. It was a good opportunity to get to know Salvador and his staff while they pressure washed, sanded and painted our new bottom paint. They did an excellent job and even waxed the hulls for free. Salvador has us as fans and we would recommend them for this work. It’s worth it just to see the king kong travel lift in operation. During our stay they pulled a shrimp boat for some quick repairs while also working on a few other boats setting in the yard..<\/p>\n

Gato Loco was hauled on Tuesday and Saturday mid-day ready to go back in the water. Right, Gato Loco shows off her new bottom as she is motored to the harbor for launching.<\/p>\n
