We started our journey from Puerto Refugio on Angle Island 105 miles due south of Penasco. We had an awesome total darkness start with stars aglow. Winds have been building since sunrise. Our first 4 hours we covered 31 miles sail only. Winds at 20, Waves have build to 7&#8242; and we&#8217;re hand steering our way to Penasco. Looks like we should arrive 5 &#8211; 6 pm time frame. Great day to finish the sailing season with a down wind run home. See everybody soon. All good on Gato Loco.
