Hi, my name is Neely and this is my update… \"IMG<\/p>\n

Thank goodness I didn’t have to go in Pee Wee to help provision the boat instead I got to stay with my dad, sleep and hang out at the Mothers Day brunch that was held at the marina. Boy it sure smelled heavenly but I know its not good for me, but to dream. I’m lucky some of these people carry doggie treats in thier pockets..<\/p>\n

Just as Dad and I settle down on the boat for a nap after brunch (I think he had too many Bloody-Marys), Pee Wee arrives with a new crew. Oh Boy I know them. My friends Bob and Chris. They take me for rides on Blanca ( golf cart ) when they come to stay at my house in Cholla Bay. Everyone is coming out of Pee Wee with bags of groceries that smell really good. \"IMGTortillas would be so tasty about now. \"IMGNo not good for me. I must keep reminding myself but it’s difficult. Everything loaded on board and as we start to leave the marina, my dad checks the ice supply and thinks we must have more because we won’t be able to buy any for days. So again I get to hop on the dingy with mom, Chris and Bob. The four of us walk a mile to the tienda and it’s pretty hot. Mom says I need to stay outside but it’s my lucky day when the nice store owner comes out and says all dogs are welcome here. We go in, this air conditioning is so refreshing from the hot outside. Okay, now we have to walk back to the boat when mom sees Pee Wee parked at the restaurant. Oh No!!!! They offered to take us back to the boat and make me get in with Uncle Bill’s luggage and bags of food everywhere including my special spot. Now where am I to sit??? Mom tells me sit by her but no that’s my seat where the cooler sets so I just\"IMG climbed up and laid on the cooler. Thank goodness its a soft one and cool. I was lucky because we didn’t stay in Pee Wee very long.<\/p>\n

Back at the marina, it’s time to jump in the dingy at the dock. Mom, Chris and Bob have things loaded and we were off to the big boat. I am soooo happy that I am back on Gato Loco instead of Pee Wee.<\/p>\n

This trip has impressed upon my parents that I’m a boat girl and not a R V.’er. Even my new friend Kerry has said I have improved my ability to get around the boat and seem to adjusted quite well as a sailor. I know my parents are proud of me cuz they are always saying what a good swimmer I am! Its great to be on board with my \"IMGmom, dad, Kerry, Chris and Bob although I miss Richard. Life on board for\"IMG\"IMG me so far has been all dog day afternoons!!!!! The only word that comes to me to describe this adventure is Barklicious.<\/p>\n
