Party time in Ermioni
Party time in Ermioni (Guest writer Carol Keeber)
.Is this a postcard view? From the statue we loved this view, but there was a view any way you looked. Lots of entertainment watching ferries and boats coming and going. You had to be experienced to get in and out. Every boat fit in like pieces of a puzzle. At one point we had to walk over another boat to get to the dock! There were rumors going around that the President of Spain and Mick Jagger were docked there Leaving Hydra we sailed to Ermioni. Lowell did the driving(what ever you call it, at the helm?), so much fun, the boat was bouncing over the waves. I felt like I was riding a horse. We played cat and mouse with the other boat. No one has been seasick…yeah! .Our sister boat, Hydra 3, pulling into Ermioni below. Our boats tied up in front of our skipper’s friend’s Millenium restaurant and bar. Greek hospitality was flowing. The seafood was so fresh, they served fried smelt, shrimp, crayfish, and calimari and that was just a snack!
.Docked at Ermioni .
. . . . . ..Lowell and the owner of Millenium toast to friendship. What a Host he was. He even brought us a plate of shrimp right onto the boat!
.
. . . . .After dinner we went into the bar for some drinks and dancing. Brian was doing the funky chicken like a pro.
The boating lifestyle is agreeing with everyone! We’re loving it! Keep checking for more to come! .
